Detect information, or an answer to a question, automatically: no need to listen to a call again.
Record this information in a Note that will be saved on the Contact/Company/Opportunity sheet in the CRM: no more need to take notes
Automatically fill in one or more CRM fields with this information: no need to fill in fields manually.

All this automatically, for each call, and without any action on the part of the user 👌

How do I create a Template?

Access Templates from Settings > Templates > then Click on Add template to create your Template

1️⃣ Add a first Field by clicking on Add field.
2️⃣ Select a Field type (the response format): this can be a list (Bullet points), a short text (Short text) or a paragraph (Long text), a number (Number), a Yes/No response (Boolean) or one or more values from a list (Single/Multiple options).
3️⃣ Detail the information you want to extract in the Field Prompt field

How do I launch a data extraction using the Templates function?

4️⃣ Click on ✨ Extract to ask the AI to extract the information (this will take between 5 and 30 seconds approximately).
5️⃣ You can view the results and edit the information if required.
6️⃣ Click on Push to CRM to send the information to your CRM!

Praiz Slack App

1️⃣ Add the Slack app

Go to Settings
Go to Integrations
Select Slack
Click on Add to Slack

2️⃣ Configure a Slack channel for notifications

Go to Slack
On the applications menu, click on Browse apps

Go to the Apps tab
Search for Praiz
Click on Praiz
Create a new Slack channel to receive the Praiz notifications, you can name it #praiz-notifications for example
Click on Add to this channel

||| ⚠️ You must connect Praiz with a public Slack channel, private channels cannot be used to receive Praiz notifications for now.

Add the Praiz app to a (public) channel

3️⃣ Configure Notifications

Go back to Praiz : app.praiz.io
Go to Settings
Go to Notifications
Tick ON or OFF notifications for Calls, Comments and/or Mentions

| ℹ️ Please make sure that you use the same email address on both Slack and Praiz, otherwise mentions will be displayed as "@none mentioned you"

This native integration between Praiz and HubSpot will save you time, you won't have to manually log calls or meeting notes anymore!

What you can do with this integration:

log Notes Praiz will log a note with AI-powered summary & AI Templates, along with a URL link to the recording replay
fill-up custom fields Praiz can fill-up any custom field

User Permissions Prerequisites

Each user must have the following permissions enabled for the integration to be configurable. You can access this from HubSpot Settings > Users & Teams, and then hover on a user, and click on Edit permissions for every user :

How to record Microsoft Teams meetings?

| This article is about recording Teams meetings. Praiz can also record meetings from Zoom and Google Meet.

Step 1 - Connect your Calendar

Go to Settings > Calendar
Connect your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar

Step 2 - Configure recordings settings

By default we record only meetings with external participants, you can also toggle recording ON or OFF for every single meeting.

Step 3 - Join your Teams meeting, and admit the Praiz Meeting Assistant participant

By default, the Praiz Meeting Assistant will wait in the lobby until he host admits Praiz into the meeting.

|| If you do not admin the Praiz Meeting Assistant in the meeting, we won't be able to record your meeting.

|| The Meeting Assistant can ask to join the meeting 1 or 2 minutes early, or right at the event starting time.

All users must use the same email address on both Aircall and Praiz

From your aircall Dashboard, go to Integrations & API
Click on the second tab "Discover integrations" and scroll down to find Praiz or click this link
Click on Praiz
Click on Install integration

You will be redirected to your Praiz account:

Prerequisites

You’ll need a Ringover Business or Advanced plan in order to use this integration.
The integration needs to be installed by a Ringover and Praiz administrator account
The same email addresses must be used for Ringover and Praiz
Recordings must be enabled in Ringover

Enable the “After-Call Work” webhook

Head to your Dashboard and go to the Webhook section, then enable the “Call Event” webhook by enabling the toggle:
Enter the following URL: https://app.praiz.io/ringover/webhook/recordings/CompanyName into the “After-Call Work” webhook
You need to replace the Company Name with the one found on your Praiz Homepage here:
