HubSpot CRM integration

ℹ️ This integration has been released in August 2023 and is still in Beta phase, please let us know if you encounter any issue or if you have any feedback to help us improve the already great Praiz <> HubSpot experience!

This native integration between Praiz and HubSpot will save you time, you won't have to manually log calls or meeting notes anymore!

What you can do with this integration:

  • log your Praiz recordings under the right HubSpot contacts, companies and deals, automatically

  • log the recording notes and AI-powered summary as a note

  • add a replay URL link into so you can replay your calls from HubSpot

Prerequisites

ℹ️ Here is the minimum set of permissions each HS user needs in order for the integration to be functional:

  • CRM > Notes : access to Everything

  • CRM Tool > Edit property settings = ON

  • Marketing > Lists > View = ON and Edit = ON

  • Account > App Marketplace access = ON and Template Marketplace access = ON

You can access this from the Settings > Users & Teams, and then click on Edit permissions for each user:

1️⃣ Browse our CRM integrations

  • From the Settings tab, click on the tab CRM to configure our CRM integrations

2️⃣ Select the HubSpot integration

  • Click on See All Integrations and then select HubSpot

3️⃣ Authorize HubSpot

  • Click on Authorize HubSpot

4️⃣ Select a HubSpot account

  • On the HubSpot pop-up that opens, select the HubSpot account you would like to connect with Praiz and click on Select account

  • click on Select an account

That's it 🎉

HubSpot and Praiz are now connected, you don't need to configure anything else 👌
