Connect Salesforce with Praiz
This native integration between Praiz and Salesforce will save you time, you won't have to manually log calls or meeting notes anymore!
What you can do with this integration:
log your Praiz recordings under the right Salesforce contact
log the recording notes and AI-powered summary into a note
add a replay URL link into so you can replay your calls from Salesforce
You must have access to the Salesforce Web Services API in order to connect Praiz with Salesforce.
The Salesforce Web Services APIs are included in Enterprise and higher plans.
⚠️ The Professional plan does not include access to the Web Services API by default, it is available as an add-on for €25/user/month (more information on this page).
From the Settings tab, click on the tab CRM to configure our CRM integrations
Click on See All Integrations and then select Salesforce
Click on Authorize Salesforce
then click on Allow and Install

Prerequisites - Salesforce plan

1️⃣ Browse our CRM integrations
From the Settings tab, click on the tab CRM to configure our CRM integrations
2️⃣ Select the Salesforce integration
Click on See All Integrations and then select Salesforce
3️⃣ Authorize Salesforce
Click on Authorize Salesforce
then click on Allow and Install
