# How to keep your CRM data clean?


### Organise your CRM data

###### Unique ID
Make sure to maintain a clean unique ID for each object
* Contacts : use an email or a phone number (use the E.164 phone number format) or a linkedin URL
* Deals : make sure a deal is associated to a Company and to a Contact
* Companies : make sure you have a clean domain or a business legal number or a linkedin company page URL

###### Avoid duplicates
* using the HubSpot Duplicates feature (or the Operations hub)
* or using a tool like Koalify (https://koalify.io)

* Créer un dashboard pour vérifier la qualité de la donnée (tel champs bien rempli, date de fermeture sur les transac, montant, RDV mappé ….)
