Organise your CRM data
Unique ID
Make sure to maintain a clean unique ID for each object
- Contacts : use an email or a phone number (use the E.164 phone number format) or a linkedin URL
- Deals : make sure a deal is associated to a Company and to a Contact
- Companies : make sure you have a clean domain or a business legal number or a linkedin company page URL
Avoid duplicates
- using the HubSpot Duplicates feature (or the Operations hub)
- or using a tool like Koalify (https://koalify.io)

- Créer un dashboard pour vérifier la qualité de la donnée (tel champs bien rempli, date de fermeture sur les transac, montant, RDV mappé ….)
