How to display Notes in Salesforce Lightning?
Follow these steps to display Notes in a Lightning Page :
From the Contact Lighting Page Layout, click on your tab box
Add Tab
select Custom and type in the name you want your tab to be (in this case 'Notes')
drag the Notes Related List into this tab and now you have a 'Notes' tab
