Connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Praiz

This native integration between Praiz and Microsoft Dynamics 365 will save you time, you won't have to manually log calls or meeting notes anymore!

This integration is compatible with these versions of MS Dynamics 365:

• Dynamics 365 Sales Professional
• Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise
• Dynamics 365 Sales Premium
• Microsoft Relationship Sales

What you can do with this integration:

• log your Praiz recordings under the right Dynamics Contact

• log the recording notes and AI-powered summary into a note

• add a replay URL link into so you can replay your calls directly from MS Dynamics

1️⃣ Browse our CRM integrations

• From the Settings tab, click on the tab CRM to configure our CRM integrations

2️⃣ Select the Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration

• Click on See All Integrations
• then select Microsoft Dynamics CRM

3️⃣ Dynamics Organisation URL

• Paste your MS Organisation URL, it should look like https://orgxxxxxx.crm12.dynamics.com
• Click on Save

4️⃣ Authorize Dynamics

• Click on Authorize Dynamics
