Connect Salesforce with Praiz
This native integration between Praiz and Salesforce will save you time, you won't have to manually log calls or meeting notes anymore!
What you can do with this integration:
- log your Praiz recordings under the right Salesforce contact
- log the recording notes and AI-powered summary into a note
- add a replay URL link into so you can replay your calls from Salesforce
Prerequisites - Salesforce plan
User permissions required
To ensure Praiz works properly with Salesforce, a Salesforce admin needs to review the OAuth connected app settings.
In Salesforce Setup, go to Connected Apps OAuth Usage, then click on “Manage Policies” for the "Apideck Unify" application (as shown in the screenshot).
From there, the admin should check whether the app can be approved and configure access so that all users who have a Praiz + Salesforce integration are authorized to use the app.
In particular, they should verify that the app is not restricted and that the appropriate access policies allow usage across the organization.

Installation
1️⃣ Browse our CRM integrations
- From the Settings tab, go to the the Integrations tab
- Click on Connect on the *CRM card
2️⃣ Select the Salesforce integration
- Select Salesforce
3️⃣ Authorize Salesforce
- Click on Authorize
- then click on Allow and Install
